Respite and Parent Relief

The Parent Relief program provides Deaf individuals with special needs who live at home the opportunity to meet new friends and become involved in new activities in a signing environment while offering parents a break from the challenges of daily care. Subsidized by an Individual’s Passport funding, respite options can also be purchased in Toronto or Milton during the day, overnights and weekends as well as a number of activity based camps and workshops are offered throughout the year.
