IHP Workshop: Advocating for Your Deaf Child

All degrees Up to 6 years of age

As a mother of four Deaf children, Rose Etheridge shares how as a parent of a Deaf/hard of hearing child, you will find yourself in situations where you need to advocate for your child to ensure your child receives the services and accommodations he/she needs. At this workshop, you will learn various tips, tools, and strategies to advocate for your Deaf/hard of hearing child. There will also be opportunities for parents to share their experiences regarding what has worked for them.
