Developmental Services

The Bob Rumball Canadian Centre of Excellence for the Deaf proudly offers services and supports to Individuals and their families that are unparalleled in Ontario. Funded by the Ministry of Community and Social services, the Bob Rumball Canadian Centre of Excellence for the Deaf, serves Deaf, deafened and Hard of Hearing individuals who also have a developmental disability and/or dual diagnosis (developmental disability and mental health issue) in a communication rich environment. The Bob Rumball Canadian Centre of Excellence for the Deaf gives Deaf Individuals with a developmental disability an accessible, and culturally sensitive community, and an increased sense of belonging.
