Complaints Procedure

The Bob Rumball Organizations, will ensure that all individuals within the work environment as well as the general public, may bring forward any concern regarding service quality including accessibility, or any issue of any kind that they feel needs to be discussed. All efforts will be made to find an acceptable resolution to all concerns brought forward. A request to review an issue of concern may be submitted by an individual, or with expressed consent, any person on behalf of an individual.

How to complain:

Please complain centrally to the Bob Rumball Organizations either by phone, this website or by post. If you do not, we cannot guarantee that your complaint will reach the right people or that you’ll receive a reply when you write in.

If you call us, we summarize your complaint for the production team or relevant department to read and you will not normally receive a written reply. If you complain online we provide a webform rather than an email address. This is because we need to capture some key information to classify, report and track your complaint efficiently. We reply in writing only if you complain in writing, unless we know you need access assistance.
