Our ASL Adult Immersion Camp will take place on August 12th to 18th, 2023 in Parry Sound. Campers must be 18 years and above.
Please arrive at the camp AFTER supper between 5 pm and before 7 pm on Saturday, August 12th.
Our Early Bird Registration fee is $550, which includes all your meals, accommodations and classes. The early bird special deadline ends on / before Wednesday, July 26th, 2023. A non-refundable deposit of $100 must be included when you register online. The balance of the payment is due on or before Monday, July 31st, 2023 *SAVE $150
Our Regular Registration fee is $700, which includes all your meals, accommodations and classes. A nonrefundable deposit of $250 must be included when you register online. The balance of the payment is due on or before Monday, July 31st, 2023
Cancellation Policy
A full refund, less the non-refundable deposit of $100, will be issued for cancellations received by email before the date.
Payment Methods
You can register ONLINE by completing the registration form and paying the fee using PayPal. When you click "submit" on your registration form, you will be redirected to PayPal. You can then either log in with your PayPal account or choose to pay without an account. Please complete your credit card or debit card information. You will automatically receive a confirmation once payment has been made.
We provide lodging in a dorm-style setting. You need to provide your own bedding.

The Ontario Camp of the Deaf is located ten miles south of Parry Sound, about a three hour drive from Toronto.
* Take 400 Highway North
* Continue to Highway 69
* You will pass on exit to highway 141 to Huntsville
* Take the next exit
* #213 to Old Highway 69 South
* Turn Right
* Go down the hill to the first right
* Turn Right onto BLACKSTONE and CRANE LAKE ROAD
* Follow the signs for 5 km to the Ontario Camp of the Deaf
The Ontario Camp of the Deaf is focused on maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
Proof of Vaccination
Anyone attending the retreat is required to show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination status (2 doses completed 14 days prior to attending camp).
If the Rapid Antigen Test is positive, you will asked to leave and given a full refund.
If you are not vaccinated, or partially vaccinated, you must complete a Rapid Antigen Test when you arrive
COVID measures are currently in place including proof of 2 doses of vaccine, use of masks / physical distancing and Rapid Antigen Tests. These measures may change and we will send follow up communications as the date approaches.
To protect the health and safety of our students, staff and volunteers, please stay home if you:
* Have COVID-19 Symptoms
* Have travelled outside of Canada within the last 14 days
* Have been in close contact with someone who is sick with COVID-19 symptoms
* Have been in close contact with someone who is waiting for a COVID-19 test result
* Have a doctor, healthcare provider or public health tell you that you should currently be isolating (staying at home)
* Have received a COVID Alert exposure notification on cellphone.
