The Bob Rumball Canadian Centre of Excellence for the Deaf (BRCCED) provides services & support for adults who are Deaf/Deaf blind/Hard of Hearing with a developmental disability and/or special needs.

BRCCED offers person & family centered support in the home or in the community. Our dedicated skilled staff who are fluent in ASL can assist the individual and their family with communication, behavioral support, skill building & recreational activities and provide community connections opportunities. We also have a Virtual Program that offer a wide range of activities to chose from.
