Memorial Landscape Campaign

…we would hear shared stories from long ago, a silly little giggle, simple and pure laughter from a lifetime event, a few tears shed for a friend who has passed, and most of all, snippets of cherished memories from family members who invited us into the lives of their loved ones over the time they graced our Home. Thanks so much for the memories. We have been truly blessed.

In the busyness of our daily life, as we extend our compassion and love to those we care for, sometimes a name from the past comes to mind and we are immediately reminded of a very special memory, which can evoke tears of laughter, joy or sorrow. Truly, the tapestry of life continues to be woven through this place.

We are offering you a beautiful way to pay tribute to those who have passed on.  This Spring, we are going to build a Memorial Landscape, with an opportunity for you to purchase a tree or a cluster of bushes, complete with a memorial plaque. An order form is included with this letter.

This journey we call life reminds us that sometimes our heart just needs to “stop and smell the roses” so to speak.  Our greatest desire is that this Memorial Landscape will allow those who come upon it to take the time to slow down, if only for a few moments, and remember that life is fleeting and memories are eternal. We can all learn to look for the laughter and joy in the many ordinary places we go. As we visit this precious place, may we find the sparkle and love of life found, who have gone before us.
